Classes, assignments and student sign-in, built for a room of thirty
Group your students into classes, hand them a QR card or a short PIN instead of a password, and set the week's work with a timer that actually locks. A teacher opens their own roll; a head teacher opens every class at once.
New1000+ topics, Foundation/Prep to Year 6, sequenced to the Australian Curriculum Version 9.0 - Maths and English, an ACARA reference on every topic.
- Marked on our server, never in the browser
- Safety-screened content, on our own key
- No child accounts, no passwords, no ads
A curriculum pathway ready to open, or one your staff describe
1000+ topics, Foundation/Prep to Year 6, sequenced to the Australian Curriculum Version 9.0 in Maths and English with an ACARA reference on every topic - so a teacher opens a lesson already matched to their unit plan. Outside it, a staff member describes a topic and our AI writes it - lesson, quiz and spelling set, reviewed and tweaked before it sits alongside the pathway and can be set as a timed assessment the same week. Onboarding takes about 20 minutes and needs no IT involvement.
Sequenced to the Australian Curriculum v9.0
742 topics, Foundation to Year 6, in Maths and English, each topic carrying its own ACARA reference.
Classes in an afternoon
Paste a class list or upload a CSV. Every student gets a join code and a PIN or a printable QR card - no typing for a six-year-old, nothing to phish.
Or describe your own
Staff describe a topic against your own unit plan and our AI writes the lesson, quiz and spelling set - reviewed and tweaked before it behaves exactly like the built-in pathway.
Looks like your school, not ours
Your logo and colours on the login screen and every dashboard - white-labelled so it reads as your own portal to staff, teachers and students.
Timed assessment, locked
Fixed limits students can't alter, and a pause that removes the question from screen.
Privacy first
Aliases, no public boards without consent, no ads, no messaging between students.
Most programs hand you one fixed scope and sequence and expect you to teach to it. PebbleYard gives you both: a pathway already sequenced to the curriculum for the weeks you want it, and the room to describe a topic your own way for the weeks you teach differently - our AI writes it, you review and tweak it, against your unit plan, not our roadmap. Every school teaches a bit differently; this is built to sit alongside however yours already does it, not replace it.
Assignments
Set the week's work once, for the whole class
Pick a topic and a mode - a lesson, a quiz or a spelling list - set a due date, and it moves to the top of every student's hub. Lock the timer and it applies to every student it was set for, no exceptions and no device where a child can switch it off.
Reports
See one class, or the whole school
A roll with a progress ring per student, a private leaderboard for the classroom projector, and a report that rolls up across every class - exportable as a spreadsheet. It is never the public leaderboard, and never another class's data: a school account cannot turn the public board on even if a staff member wants to.
Safety and data
Built to survive a procurement conversation
No student email, no student password
A student is a name, a class code, and a PIN or QR card. There is nothing to phish and no password-reset flow to attack.
Aliases, and no public board
Students appear under an alias. A public leaderboard is refused for a school account at the database level - not a setting a staff member can switch on by mistake.
Marked on our server, every time
Grading never happens in the browser. A result is written once and cannot be edited afterwards, by a student or a teacher.
Safety-screened content generation
Every staff-generated topic is checked before it is written and again before a student sees it, on our own platform key - never a school's own credential.
No ads, no trackers, no messaging
Nothing sells attention on a student surface. There is no chat between students and no third-party tracking on any screen a child uses.
Immutable results
Every attempt, once recorded, stays exactly as it was graded - a record a teacher or a parent can trust, not one that can quietly change.
What we do not claim: outside the Foundation-to-Year-6 pathway, an AI-written topic is matched to your own unit plan by the staff member who described it, not certified against any curriculum standard - and we have no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or formal DPIA yet. We say so plainly because a school procurement conversation is exactly where a vague answer gets noticed.
How it starts
A conversation first, not a self-serve signup - so we can hear what you actually need before you pay for it.
Step 1: Get in touch and we set up your account
A 20-minute call, then your centre account is live. No IT involvement required.
Step 2: Build your classes in an afternoon
Paste a class list or upload a CSV, and every student gets a join code, a PIN or a printable QR card - no email address, no password. Or send us the list and we set it up with you.
Step 3: Open the curriculum pathway, or describe your own topics
1000+ topics, Foundation/Prep to Year 6, ship pre-built and sequenced to the Australian Curriculum Version 9.0 in Maths and English. Staff can also describe a topic against the unit plan you are teaching this term, and our AI writes it - reviewed and tweaked before it goes live.
Step 4: Assign this week's work, with the timer locked
Pick a topic and a mode, set a due date, and it moves to the top of every student's hub. A locked timer applies to everyone it was assigned to, no exceptions.
Step 5: See the class, and the whole school
A roll with a progress ring per student, a private leaderboard for the projector, and a cross-class report you can export - never the public board, never another family's data.
Billing: annual, priced per student. We take a card, or a purchase order and an invoice on net-30 terms - whichever your business office prefers.
