Nothing is charged, because we never asked for a card. Signing in still works and everything your children have done stays exactly where it is, but new quizzes and spelling tests pause until you subscribe. We email you a couple of days before the seven days are up.

Cancel any time from account settings. The plan runs to the end of the year you paid for, then stops. No retention call.

The price will go up for new families later. It will not go up for you: whatever you sign up at is what you keep paying, for as long as you stay subscribed. Cancel and come back, and you join at whatever the price is then.

The one you live in, where we sell in it. We set a local price per market rather than converting from a single currency at the day's exchange rate, so the number you see is a number someone chose rather than a conversion. Where we have no local price yet you are quoted in US dollars, and either way checkout shows the currency before you pay.

Within 30 days of a yearly payment, yes, in full. After that we refund the unused months if something has gone wrong on our side.

We price per student. Your count is agreed when we set up the account, and we true it up together if your cohort grows.

Yes - we invoice annually, and can work with your standard purchasing process. Tell us what paperwork you need on the setup call.
