Cancel any time from account settings. The plan runs to the end of the year you paid for, then stops. No retention call.

We set a local price per market rather than converting from a single currency at the day's exchange rate, so the number you see is a number someone chose rather than a conversion. Where we have no local price yet you are quoted in US dollars, and either way checkout shows the currency before you pay.

Within 30 days of a yearly payment, yes, in full. After that we refund the unused months if something has gone wrong on our side.

We price per student. Your count is agreed when we set up the account, and we true it up together if your cohort grows.

No. We integrate it for you, free, with a dedicated account manager - a founding-schools offer while we bring our first schools on board and grow the catalogue.

As many as your school needs. We price per student, not per staff login - tell us the number when you sign up, and again any time you need more, and we set them up.
