Beyond the built-in catalogue, a Family-plan account can create its own topics - on anything your child is curious about that isn't already covered. You describe it in a sentence or two; PebbleYard writes the Learn pages, the quiz questions and a spelling list, and your child plays it from their hub exactly like any other topic.
Getting in
Open Topics from your dashboard. The first time, you'll be asked to set a parent PIN if you haven't already - the same one used elsewhere to gate anything that could show your child an answer before they've earned it. See Managing your child's profile and settings for why that PIN exists.
Describe your topic
Select Add topic and fill in the short form:
Subject - a short phrase, like "Car brands" or "Ancient Egypt."
Who it's for - one or more year levels. Pick more than one if it genuinely suits a range of ages.
What to include - Learn pages, a quiz, a spelling list, or any combination.
That's deliberately the whole form. Everything else - the actual lesson content, the questions, the difficulty - is worked out for you once you select Generate.
