When you create your account, you start on a trial - full access to try things out with your family before you pay for anything. Your dashboard and Settings -> Billing always show exactly when your trial ends and what happens next, so check there rather than relying on a fixed number of days.
Solo vs Family
PebbleYard has two plans built for a household:
Solo - for one or two children learning at home. Covers Learn pages, Activities, progress and results.
Family - built for a bigger household or a parent who wants more control. Adds more child profiles, the ability to build your own topics in Topic Studio
, and extra headstart year levels for a child working ahead.
Pricing, currency and exactly what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page and at Settings -> Billing for your account - they're kept current there rather than repeated here.
Changing plans
Go to Settings -> Billing to upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method at any time. If you're on Solo and try to do something that needs Family (like opening Topic Studio, or adding a child past your plan's limit), you'll see an upgrade prompt right where you hit the limit, rather than a generic error.
